1973 Elden Formula Ford Frame #63-73 -- Photo Page Three 
Being rebuilt in my garage, March 1989. I wasn't content to start autocrossing with an "ordinary" car. Nope. I had to go buy this thing -- in a basket of course -- and try to figure out how to put it together. A friend, Mark Caldwell, and I put it together. Sorta. Turned out we didn't know the engine had an oil galley plug missing. Oooops!
Being worked on in my garage, March 1990. This was after we rebuilt the engine the first time, and also had made some changes, such as getting the front brake calipers put on correctly -- yes, the brakes worked better -- and the Flailing Arms logo was done. |
